  • Arcade Controllers
    • 30 Day Money Back Guarentee - This only applies to non custom orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us for a full refund.
    • 90 Day Full Warranty - If any part of your controller fails within the first 90 days we will cover costs of shipping of the unit to and from our location for repairs.
    • 1 Year Limited Warranty - If any part of your controller fails within the first year, we will cover the cost of repair and shipping back to you. Shipment of the unit to us is the responsibility of the customer.
    • Lifetime Limited Warranty - We warranty all of the arcade parts in your controller for the entire time you own it. If a button or joystick fails, we will replace it at no extra change. This does not include the electonics in the controller. Shipping to and from us is the responsibility of the customer.
